Unused vintage Antarctic Treaty postage stamps from 1971 - face value is 8¢ each.

This stamp was issued on the ten-year anniversary of the signing of the Antarctic Treaty - an agreement among twelve nations meant to foster scientific cooperation in the Antarctic region. It was hoped that this cooperation would lead to more peaceful uses of the Antarctic and its resources. The stamp design is adapted from an emblem used on official Consultative Meetings documents.

You will receive 25 total stamps all in mint condition. Perfect for wedding envelopes, postcards, birthday invitations or other occasions! They also look great for scrapbooking, decoupage and other craft projects!

Quantity: 25
