VintagePostageStamps.com is owned and operated by Kitty and Elliot, a husband-and-wife duo known as GubbaGumma Studio, an independent design studio based in Los Angeles.
We were married in 2013 and launched our wedding design business that same year, turning a shared love of vintage postage into what would become one of the earliest and most established sources for curated stamps online.
For more than a decade, we were proud to have two shops that were both top 1% sellers on Etsy, fulfilling tens of thousands of orders and earning thousands of 5-star reviews while helping couples, artists and collectors find meaningful, beautiful postage suited to their events and creative projects. Today, we’re excited to continue that work here on our own dedicated website!
What's next for us?
While stamps & paper goods will always remain our primary focus, our work in the world of vintage treasure has recently grown beyond postage with the launch of two small, parallel fine jewelry ventures:
Together with her friend Shanna, Kitty launched Pippi & Oliver in September of 2024, curating and selling vintage and antique solid gold jewelry on Etsy and Instagram. In parallel, Elliot’s Riverbottom Benchwork offers fine-jewelry creation, repairs, modifications, and fully custom commissions from our studio right here In Los Angeles!
